"Your vitality and health depend greatly on the health of your liver. Lemon juice stimulates gastric juices, hence is excellent for the digestive system and when drank first thing in the morning acts as a tonic for the liver .
Mix 2tbsp of freshly squeezed lemon juice in about 300ml of pure water. You can add a cinnamon stick or maple syrup too. Drink warm
A tip : Sprinkle lemon zest on your food to add flavour and partake of health boosting substances."
