Looks like a Mary Poppins coat! I'm sure you could hide all manner of goodies in there, who needs a bag? I was looking at the coathanger.net blog last week and they've got an almost identical coat to this in there "Top 10 Winter Coats" post, kudos for pipping them to the draw!
