lemons

I am a firm believer that nature provides everything we need for our well being we just need to listen and observe. I have a glass of lemon juice with water  every morning and it really does work 




Lemons....
''Your vitality and health depend greatly on the health of your liver . Lemon juice stimulates gastric juices, hence is excellent for the digestive system and when drank first thing in the morning acts as a tonic for the liver.


Mix 2 tbsp of freshly squeezed lemon juice in about 300ml of pure water. You can add a cinnamon stick or maple syrup. Drink warm.






A tip : sprinkle lemon zest on your food to add flavour and partake of health boosting substances.''
