well being

Energy is at the core of our quest for optimum health.

As the winter is on its way and more to the point the dreaded cold and flu's, I want to share with you my supercharge morning smoothie to help boost your wellbeing . 




200g - Pineapple or berries ( I buy frozen packs of mixed berries and use them )
240ml - Pineapple juice or Pomegranate juice
120ml - Water
180ml - Unsweetened soya milk or Rice milk (  rice milk which is what I use)
1and a half tsp - ginger or Cinnamon  ( I use fresh chopped ginger)
1tsp - flaxseed oil
1 heap tbsp - flaxseed meal
1 tbsp - probiotic powder 

blend this altogether and enjoy !!
I have this every day for 2 weeks a month and it gives me such a boost of energy for the day and my skin looks great .
