Beauty treatment of the week ....

Haven't been to Frome for at least a year so I jumped at the chance to go and visit a new salon in Frome Melanie giles hairdressing to try out their facials. I use to go to someone in bath but after they moved I have never really found anywhere that did it for me !

So I was excited to see if this place could fill the space in my little black book for the perfect facial .

 Have already written my Caudalie list to give to my man for Christmas.

 I have sensitive skin so try and use very natural products, most of my creams are Weleda but now I think I will be filtering in some Caudalie products .

 Where ever you turn there are positive affirmations written beautiful on the wall making you feel special and cared for. Might try this at home !!

Well I am still buzzing from the facial now and my skin feels amazing. I had such a lovely experience, so I am adding this sanctuary to my little black book as we speak and will defo book in for early January to rejuvenate me after some hard core Christmas partying.

After leaving the salon feeling great I decided to have a wonder and visit some of my favourite shops in Frome...first stop St Catherine's hill !

LOve, LOve this shop ...full of hidden gems. This is where Carrie from SATC would hang out !!

Found this( Vintage ) Adams kids jumper and just knew my daughter would look great in this, Put with a denim shirt underneath and a pair of cords..Yes   £15 

Loved the window then saw they do courses for knitting ...

great present for christmas...I am booking myself in.
