well being


A gift to yourself :  "As you wake up and before you put your feet down,  take a couple of minutes to take a few deep breaths.  This has the effect of calming your nervous system and produces good feeling endorphins.  Then take a minute or so, to bathe in the feeling of gratitude or appreciation.
This will enable you to be more efficient and more creative once you get up. 
 Remember that how you chose to feel is a major factor on your health."
