A trip to see Anthropologies new season jeans !
The Jeans
In the Summer time my jeans take abit of a back seat as I have so many skirts and dresses to show case and only a few weeks or months to show them off. Then that Autumn breeze shows it's signs and I reach for the old favorites The Jean.
Anthropolgie in Bath invited me along to see their new collection of jeans they have on offer. As a personal stylist it's important for me to try everything on to get a really good idea of fits and brands for my clients. I do the research so you don't have to. This was Perfect timing for me as I'm already gearing up to start picking what Aw15 items I want on the high street.

Essential denim
For the Essential Relaxed jean, in the softest denim, I picked the level99 Lily cropped. They are a relatively new brand on the scene but will soon be snapped up by those who know there jeans so worth giving them a try.
Level 99

The cargo Jean in black from Level99 looked great on and might have even made their way home with me!! These will be a basic in you winter wardrobe with boots and a simple crombie coat. They came in a khaki green if you are still searching for the perfect cargo pant and again super soft and comfortable.
Trend jeans
Now these are the trend items so Flares are back if you didn't know. I tried on Pilcro's flares thinking as I'm so petite they will look ridiculous. Well they where perfect on, I suddenly had Heidi Klum legs( I thought so anyway ) They had a great high waist and a flat front to really flatter your shape. If you want to dip in to the flare trend I would recommend trying these on.
Loup

So the other look that is big this season is the culottes. As you will see the rise of the ankle boot to more of a calf boot this winter the culottes will be a perfect complement to help you style this look. These were a brand called Loup. I felt super cool in these and they would definitely be on my list to buy if searching for an Autumn culotte!
The girls at Anthropologie were really helpful and know their stuff so if ever in doubt just ask and they will help you find that perfect jean for you. And for me it's put Anthropologie back on the map as a destination when shopping for jeans.
