Saturday, 11th June, 9.00 a.m. – 10.00 a.m.
Start the weekend in uplifting fashion with an energising Pilates class. Remove stress and tension with a sequence targeting the deep core muscles to build strength, encourage joint mobilisation and correct alignment. Leave feeling confident, relaxed and ready for summer. Please bring your own yoga mat along. Don’t have one? We have a few in store.
Tickets cost £10, which is redeemable against purchases of £20 and over.*
Pilates
After the success of my Pilates session in january at Anthropologie store in bath, I'm back to do another early morning class this saturday 11th June 9-10am . There will be juices from a friend of mine who has set up a bath based juice company called juice collective. We are having Green 02 I'm told !! I have also put together a little goodie bag. Hope to see you there for a great way to start your weekend!
