  Wellbeing 

This week Lucinda has written a piece about giving yourself time and space and I can definitely relate to this as having children that is one of the things you crave the most and take for granted when you don't have kids. The reason I took up practising Pilates years ago and enjoyed it so much was because it was an hour all to myself to just think about my body and nothing else. How often do we do that!
 These days if we have spare time or 5 mins to just be, we instantly grab our phones and scroll through facebook,instagram for instant entertainment. This is stopping us just being with ourselves and allowing those important intuitive thoughts to come in to our minds and to listen. I'm slowly learning through meditation and everyday situations to use these new skills and it's a revelation to my daily experiences and interactions! 


Book in to my Pilates class to allow an hour to yourself or look out for something else that gives you that space and makes you Happy... It's just as important as a good meal!
