Pilates

I'am now officially a Pilates teacher !! 

I have completed and PASSED my one year Pilates Matwork  training course at the Scott Studio. It's been an incredible journey and at points I wanted to give up as I thought I  couldn't manage it but I'm so grateful to all the wonderful people on my course that encouraged me and together we all come through and are now qualified Pilates teachers!!

I'm already taking over two full day classes in Winscombe,to cover a fabulous teacher Rachael who is travelling for a few months. So thank you Rachael for trusting me with your wonderful students. At the moment I'm also trying to find a good location in Bath to continue with the friends and clients that I have been training on so I will keep you updated when I have a regular class and look forward to you joining me ! 
I'm also looking in to setting up a concept for " Pilates on the move " which will encourage booking group sessions at your work space , before or after work with your colleagues to encourage a positive and re energised approach at work and helping team members de stress and get the best from  them . 

 It's exciting times as I see Voila my personal styling business complimenting the Pilates to create a lifestyle Brand ...Looking, thinking and feeling... It's all important to keep us uplifted and positive and make the best of ourselves.
